Carol Maas was hired as an administrative assistant in October of 1999. She handles the administrative needs for the women's basketball program. Maas also serves as the athletics business office assistant.

Maas earned a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from Xavier in the spring of 2016.

In August of 2016, Mass was presented the Greg Park All For One Award - given by the athletics staff to the individual who exceeds expectations throughout the department and works to improve Xavier Athletics as a whole.
