Latham's Golden Goal Nets Senior Forward BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll Spot

Calum Latham scored his first career game-winner in the 105th minute at DePaul on Saturday
NEW YORK – Senior forward Calum Latham parlayed his first career game-winner into a spot on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday. It was the first weekly award of Latham's career.
The Springfield, Ohio native scored for the second time this season on Saturday in a double OT win at DePaul, gathering in a pass from Josh Grant and sending a ball into the upper left corner in the 105th minute. It was the fourth tally of Latham's career and helped Xavier improve to 7-2 overall and 1-0 in BIG EAST play.
With the win, the Musketeers won their fifth straight match – their longest winning streak since 2013 – and now have a scoreless streak of four-plus matches (389:52).
Xavier returns to action on Saturday, October 3 hosting No. 25 Georgetown at XU Soccer Complex. First touch is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET.
