Children/Infant Admission Policy
Children under the age of three (3) do not need a ticket to enter the Cintas Center. A child under three (3) must sit on a parent's lap, and may not occupy a seat unless a ticket has been purchased.
Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the Cintas Center Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
All tickets should be treated like cash. The Xavier Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost or destroyed. Tickets not received via mail must be reported to the ticket office in advance of game day for reprinting. The Xavier Athletics Ticket Office will reprint any lost or destroyed tickets upon request from the ticket holder of record only. A reprint charge may apply. All reprinted tickets will be held at Will Call.
Ticket holders can reprint their tickets for any reason, and at any time, by using their My Musketeers Account on GoXavier.com. Tickets can also be email-forwarded to any valid email address through the My Musketeers Account for a nominal fee. Please contact the ticket office with any questions about reissuing of tickets.
Fans who do not intend to use tickets to an upcoming game can mail them back to the Cintas Center Ticket Office with instructions to donate them to charity. To guarantee delivery, tickets should be delivered to the ticket office at least 10 days prior to game day. The charity receiving the tickets will follow up with a detailed thank you letter. Xavier Basketball tickets may be tax deductible.
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
Please contact the Cintas Center Ticket Office if you are looking to change account information, add seats, or request a different seat location. The Cintas Center Ticket Office will do its best to accommodate any seating changes. To ensure that mailings reach you in a timely manner, changes of address may be made in email to email@example.com. Current season ticket holders may also change their account information by logging in to their My Musketeers Account.
