CINCINNATI - Sophomore outside hitter Kelly Ruth has earned Atlantic 10 Player of the Week honors for the second time this season as announced by the conference office Monday, October 22. Ruth posted her 11th double-double of the season last Friday in XU's 3-1 win over then 12th-ranked Dayton.

Ruth's 15 kills and 18 digs in the Musketeers' only match of the week were both match highs. She also posted three blocks in the contest, including two solo blocks which tied a career high for Ruth. The outside hitter was credited with 19.5 points on the night, also a match high.

The Musketeers return to action Tuesday night as they play host to the IPFW Mastodons at 7:00 p.m. in Cintas Center. XU will then hit the road for two conference road contests Oct. 26 and 28 against Saint Louis and Duquesne.
