CINCINNAT -- Xavier women's tennis will welcome one newcomer next season and the men will welcome three as head coach Eric Toth signed five future Musketeers during the 2011 fall signing period. Alexandra Brinker will join the XU women while Brian Carman, Adam Krull and Zach Mueck will be a part of the men's team in the 2012-13 season.

"I am really pleased with the group we were able to assemble for next fall," said Toth. "Although the focus is on our upcoming season, it is exciting to look ahead a little bit and see how Alexandra on the women's side and Brian, Adam, and Zach on the men's side will positively impact our rosters starting next fall. Adding these four to our current teams will make us very competitive, particularly in the Atlantic 10, where we aim high each season to compete at a championship level. Alexandra, Brian, Adam, and Zach are also all outstanding individuals from a personal and academic standpoint. I look for all of them to have outstanding results on the court, excel in the classroom, and have a great four-year experience during their time at Xavier."
