Breanna Patz Garners All-CAA Second Team Honors

RICHMOND, Va. - Sophomore women's golfer Breanna Patz been named to the Colonial Athletic Association's All-CAA Second Team in a vote of the league’s head coaches as announced as announced by the conference office. This is the second consecutive year Patz has been named to the second team. Georgia State junior Charlotte Lorentzen was selected as the Colonial Athletic Association Women’s Golfer of the Year for the second consecutive season. Also earning top honors from the conference were James Madison’s freshman Ginger Mak as CAA Rookie of the Year and UNC Wilmington’s Cindy Ho as CAA Coach of the Year. Patz led the Musketeers this season with a 77.5 average over a team-high 32 rounds. She had five top-20 finishes, including two in the top-10, including tying for seventh place at the 2011 CAA Championship with a 77-76-75=228 (+12). Patz posted a low-round of 69 at the Badger Invitational this past September.
