KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. - The Musketeer women's golf team was unable to finish both rounds today in the Palmetto Intercollegiate due to darkness.  After one round, Xavier is tied for tenth place with an opening score of 307 (+19). Junior Ariel McNair is the top scorer for the Musketeers with a 74 (+2) and is tied for 20th place.

Xavier is tied with Kansas and only six strokes separate the Musketeers and sixth place James Madison. Campbell leads the field with a team score of 282 (-6).

Shane Crutchfield and Breanna Patz each fired a 77 (+5) and are tied for 38th place in a field of 95 competitors. Junior Christine Cash carded a 79 and is tied for 56th on the leader board. Abby Smith rounds out the team with a first round 80, sitting tied for 72nd.
