CINCINNATI - The Xavier Athletic Department will host its annual Mascot Basketball game this Sunday, January 6th during the women's basketball game versus Georgia. The women will tip off at 2 pm, and the mascot game will take place at halftime.

This year's mascot participants include returners Who Dey, the Cincinnati Flying Pig, Kentucky Speedway and Turfway Park's Horsepower, the B-105 Bee, the Reds' Mr. Red and Gapper, the Hoxworth Buddy, Franklin Savings' Ben Franklin, the Frisch's Big Boy, and of course, Xavier's Blue Blob and D'Artagnan. New to the 2008 game are CoCo Key Water Resort's CoCo, NKU's Victor, and Twister from the Cincinnati Cyclones.

Mascots will be on the Cintas Center concourse prior to the game in the Kroger Kids Zone taking pictures and signing autographs.
