CINCINNATI - The Xavier women's basketball team will play host to the fourth-ranked Duke Blue Devils Sunday afternoon. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. tomorrow at Cintas Center. XU brings its 3-1 record into the match-up while DU is currently 3-0.
About the Musketeers
Xavier (3-1) is coming off its third win of the season with a 73-58 victory over Morehead State on Wednesday at Cintas Center. The Musketeers rank in the top five teams in the Atlantic 10 in several categories including: third in scoring offense (68.5), rebounding defense (31.8), rebounding margin (+8.7) and blocked shots (4.8), fourth in scoring margin (+11.0), free throw percentage (.764), field goal percentage (.451), 3-point field goal percentage (.347) and assists (15.0) and fifth in field goal percentage defense (.338).
XU is led by junior guard Shatyra Hawkes with 15.8 ppg. (7th A-10) and ranks sixth in the league with a .536 field goal percentage and tied for sixth with 4.8 apg. Senior Jessica Pachko is averaging a team-best 8.7 rpg. (7th A-10) while senior Amber Gray averages 9.8 ppg. and a team-high .846 free throw percentage (9th A-10). Junior Ty O'Neill is dishing out a 4.5 apg. (t-8th A-10) and holds a 2.3 assist/turnover ratio (5th A-10).

Duke (3-0) has won all three of its games this season including most recently a 90-45 win over Valparaiso at home on Friday. The Blue Devils rank first in the Atlantic Coast Conference in scoring offense (92.0 ppg.), scoring defense (38.0 ppg.), scoring margin (+54.0), field goal percentage defense (.273), 3-point field goal percentage (.520), blocked shots (7.0), assists (24.5), steals 19.0, turnover margin (+17.0), assist/turnover ratio (2.1) and 3-point field goals made (6.5).
The Blue Devils are led by Tricia Liston with 16.7 ppg., one of five players that averages doublefigures scoring, and 10.0 rpg. Junior Shatyra Hawkes led all scorers with a career-high 24 points while grabbing six rebounds and dishing out four assists. Sophomore Lakeisha Crouch also posted a career-high with 14 points to go with a team-high seven rebounds and three steals. As a team, Xavier was 49.0 percent from the field and out-rebounded Morehead State, 39-22.
