CINCINNATI - Brian Neal, the XU head women's basketball coach, and his staff have announced the dates for their 2014 Girls Basketball Summer Camps that will be held on the campus of Xavier University.

"Our camps guarantee an exciting and fun experience for all ages," said Neal. "The camps will provide an amazing opportunity for growth, emphasizing on fundamentals, team concepts, skill development and competitive play. Our camps and coaching staff are geared to make an invested interest in the development of each camper. All participants will receive instruction from the Xavier Women's Basketball coaches and players."

DAY CAMP | SESSION 1 - JUNE 9-12, SESSION 2 - JULY 21-24
Day camp is geared towards students in grades K-8th and is designed to help develop offensive and defensive concepts as well as basketball terminology. Day campers will focus on the fundamental aspects of the game including ball handling, passing, defense, and team play. Day camp is conducted primarily by members of the Xavier Women's Basketball Team and Coaching staff. Day camp begins each day at 9am and concludes at 4pm.

Cost Per Session - $175
Day Camp Session 1: June 9-12
Day Camp Session 2: July 21-24
All campers receive camp T-shirt and camp certificate

ELITE CAMP | JUNE 25-26
Come and join us for Brian Neal's elite camp. This camp is designed for the serious minded, advanced player looking to take their game to the next level. Campers will receive position breakdown and individual instruction from Coach Neal and the Musketeer staff. Elite camp will be geared towards helping campers work on all different aspects of the game, including ball handling, shooting technique, offensive skills and team concepts. Position play is the main focus and players will work on skills that will make them a better all-around player. This camp is for students entering grades six through 12 in the fall. Elite camp begins each day at 9am and concludes at 5pm.

Elite Camp -$100 for 2 Days & $50 for 1 Day
All campers receive camp T-shirt and camp certificate
