NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Xavier's Amber Harris and St. Bonaventure's Jessica Jenkins were named the Atlantic 10 Conference Women's Basketball Co-Players of the Week, while Duquesne's Orzi Szecsi was named the Conference's Rookie of the Week, the league office announced on Monday. This is the fifth time this season Harris has earned the honor.

Harris averaged 24.5 points and 11.0 rebounds for the week as No. 6/6 Xavier completed the A-10 regular season schedule undefeated. On Wednesday, Senior Night, she had 23 points on 10-of-17 shooting (3-of-3 from the line) to go with 10 rebounds, four assists and a block to lead Xavier past George Washington. In the regular season finale at Temple, Harris played 40 minutes for XU and scored a game-high 26 points and collected 12 rebounds to go with four blocks and three assists. She shot .514 for the week, posted a 1.4 assist/turnover ratio.

The Musketeers will be heading to Lowell, Mass., on Thursday to participate in the 2011 Atlantic 10 Championship to be held at Tsongas Center. No. 1 seed Xavier will take on the winner of the #8 Saint Joseph's/#9 La Salle matchup on March 5 at 12 p.m. in quarterfinal action.

For the second time in the 29-year history of the Championship, the tournament will be played at a neutral site beginning Friday, March 4 at The Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell in Lowell, Mass. The Championship will feature 12 teams vying for the A-10 title and the automatic berth into the 2011 NCAA Women's Basketball Championship. First round action commences with a doubleheader at Noon on Friday, March 4, as No. 8 Saint Joseph's takes on No. 9 La Salle and No. 5 Charlotte faces No. 12 Massachusetts. Friday evening's doubleheader tips off at 5:00 pm with No. 7 St. Bonaventure taking on No. 10 Fordham, followed by No. 6 Dayton squaring off against No. 11 George Washington.

First round and quarterfinal matchups can be viewed live on www.atlantic10.com, free of charge. Sunday's semifinal contests will begin at Noon on March 6, and televised nationally on CBS College Sports, while the title game of the 2011 A-10 Championship on Monday, March 7, will be shown live on ESPN2 at 5:00pm.
