Nick Workman is entering his first year as a Xavier women's basketball graduate program assistant for the 2011-12 season. He will be responsible for film breakdown, the film exchange program and evaluation videos for Xavier players as well as assisting the coaching staff in limited on-court activities during practice. During his freshman year at Xavier, Workman served as a practice player for the women's team before transitioning into his role as a manager for the men's basketball team. Workman served as a men's team program assistant for two years and was named program assistant for operations before leaving the men's staff to join the women's team staff. Workman graduated from Xavier in the spring of 2011 with a bachelor's degree in finance. He is currently enrolled in the sports administration graduate program at XU. A Cincinnati native, Workman attended LaSalle High School where he played soccer and basketball. |
