La Salle Preview

No. 9 Xavier opens up the 2012 Atlantic 10 Women's Basketball Championship by facing No. 8 La Salle on Friday.


Senior Day Highlights

Xavier sent off its 2012 Senior Class with a 70-61 victory over Massachusetts at Cintas Center on Sunday. Seniors Sabrina Johnson and Tyeasha Moss were honored after the game and scored a team-high 13 points a piece.


WBB: Highlights

Xavier pulled off the upset 76-60 victory on Wednesday night over visiting Richmond. It was a Pink Out for the Musketeers who were led by Tyeasha Moss' game-high 26 points.


Pinkout Preview

The Xavier women's basketball team will host its annual Play4Kay Pink Out night on Wednesday against Richmond. The game will help raise awareness for breast cancer research. It's also Amy Waugh bobblehead night.

As a r-Junior (2011-12): Was the team's leading rebounder, averaging 8.1 boards per contest (3rd A-10), and posted the team's best field goal percentage (.502, 7th A-10) ... Earned her first start as a Musketeer in the season opener against Eastern Kentucky on Nov. 12. Had to sit a good portion of the first half after getting into early foul trouble but finished the game with 11 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals ... Posted her first Xavier career double-double at Mississippi State with a team-high 14 points and a game-high 11 rebounds ... Grabbed a team-high nine rebounds to go with six points, one steal and one block versus Stanford (11/25) ... Swatted a career-high three blocks versus South Carolina ...
