At Xavier: Diagnosed with a heart condition prior to the 2012-13 season and will not be medically cleared to play.

Before Xavier: A 6-4 center at Rogers High School in Toledo, Ohio, was ranked No. 30 nationally at her position by All Star Girls Report and No. 38 by ESPN HoopGurlz ... Evans helped lead her team to a 23-3 overall record, the Toledo City League title, a district and regional championship and an appearance in the state semifinals her junior season ... The three-star prospect also considered interest from Houston, Miami, Oklahoma, and Syracuse.
