Men's Tennis Knocks Off Toledo

BOCA RATON, Fla. - The men's tennis team quickly recovered from their loss against nationally-ranked Miami(FL) by knocking off Toledo this afternoon, 6-1.
The Musketeers put on quite a performance, winning all six of their singles matches and capturing one win in doubles to give them the edge over Toledo.
In singles, senior Mesa Mei received his tenth win of the season by defeating Mark Singnil in three sets 6-2, 3-6, 10-8. Jimmy Roebker tallied his sixth win of the season by defeating Stjepan Sisko 6-3, 6-0. Sophomores Zach Mueck and Adam Krull also earned their eighth wins of the season with wins over their opponents.
With other standout wins, the Musketeers improve to an overall record of 45-45 in singles play. In doubles, the musketeers move to an overall record of 19-19.
"I give our guys a lot of credit for coming out and taking all six singles." Assistant Coach Doug Matthews stated. "Hopefully we can carry momentum into the doubles tomorrow against Florida Atlantic."
The Musketeers will conclude their trip to the Sunshine State tomorrow, Mar. 6th, after they face off against Florida Atlantic. Match play will begin at 2 p.m.
