As a Sophomore (2013-14): Enjoyed a 16-7 record in singles play at the No. 3 spot ... Defeated final three regular season BIG EAST opponents, Marquette (6-1, 6-4), Georgetown (6-3, 7-6) and Butler (6-0,7-6) ... Won eight straight matches from Mar. 22 (Dayton) to Apr. 25 (Butler) ... Posted a 10-6 record while partnered with Matt Bishop at No. 3 doubles ... Went 4-0 against BIG EAST doubles competition during the regular season ... Earned a decisive win over Wright State's Aaron Madaris and James Trevino (8-1) on Apr. 2.
As a Freshman (2012-13): Went 9-4 in singles play and 7-4 in doubles matches ... Started off his collegiate career with seven-straight singles wins, with all but one coming in straight sets ... Teamed with Brandon MacDonald to win four-straight doubles matches.
Prior to Xavier: Rated as the No. 1 tennis player in Ohio and a five-star recruit by TennisRecruiting.net ... Finished his high school career at Lakota East with an overall record of 123-13 ... Was the Cincinnati Enquirer and Greater Miami Conference Tennis Player of the Year in 2010, 2011 and 2012 ... Led his team to three district, sectional and conference championships...Was the Ohio Division I singles runner up his sophomore, junior and senior seasons.
