KINGSTON, RI --- Seniors Koen Kuiken (Harderwyk, The Netherlands) and Josh Hammerschmidt (Dallas/Newman Smith) were both honored on Thursday as they were named to the Atlantic 10 All-Conference First Team.

Kuiken had two goals for the Musketeers from his position of defender. In 1997, Kuiken was Rookie of the Year in the Atlantic 10.

Hammerschmidt set the Xavier career record for assists with 29 in four years. The midfielder recorded six assists to go with a pair of goals to total 10 points this season, the third-highest total on the Musketeers.

Xavier finished this season with a 4-15 record overall and a 4-6 mark in league play.
