Travis Wall recently completedhis first year with the Xavier men's soccer program, serving as Director of Soccer Operations.
Part of the 2014 BIG EAST Coaching Staff of the Year, Wall helped XU set program records for wins (15), shutouts (11) and team GAA (0.84) during the 2014 season. He also helped guide the team to its first-ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16.
Wall cameto Xavier from Bowling Green, where he was in a volunteer assistant role. Prior to that he played for two years with Minnesota in the North American Soccer League (NASL) after attending training camp with the Columbus Crew in 2012.
While playing professionally he worked his off seasons at Division III St. Thomas (MN) and as a youth development intern with the Columbus Crew.
A 2012 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan, Wall amassed 50 goals during his four-year career, including 19 in his senior campaign as he led the Bishops to the 2011 NCAA Division III national title. A two-time first team All-American, Wall was named the NSCAA Division III National Player of the Year in 2011. His class won 78 games during their time at OWU.
Wall, a native of Columbus, Ohio, earned a bachelor's in human health and kinetics with a concentration on sport exercise and management from OWU.
