  • Has lead Xavier to 14-straight weeks with one vote in at least one national poll. Was in Top 25 for 36-straight weeks during his tenure at Northwestern
  • Ranked as a high as No. 2 (2008) and also later No. 3 (2007) while at NU. Program had the nation's No. 1 rated RPI during the 2009 season and three-straight top 10 finishes in RPI or national poll (Northwestern 2007-2009)

  • Developed recent MLS draft picks Andy Dorman (2004), Ryan Johnson (2004), Zach Kirby (2006) Dave Roth (2008), Oliver Kupe (2012), Luke Spencer (2013) and Nick Hagglund (2014).
