Coral Springs, Fla. --- The Xavier University men's golf team shot a one-under-par 287 in Saturday’s second round of the Atlantic 10 Championship at the Heron Bay Golf Club in Coral Springs, Fla. The Musketeers have moved up to the fourth spot in the team standings with a 578, trailing only Charlotte (563), VCU (570) and Temple (571). The third and final round will be played on Sunday with XU’s first tee time slated for 9:45 a.m.

Yuki Kato shot a three-under-par 69 today and is among the top ten on the leaderboard after the first two rounds. Kato’s two-round total of 143 has him tied for ninth. Aaron Siekmann shot an even-par 72 for the second straight day and is tied for 12th at 144. Korey Ward is tied for 15th at 145 after a second-round 72, while Tanapol Vattanapisit is tied for 19th at 146, having recorded a 74 on Saturday. Connor Tendall shot a 77 for the second straight day.
