COLUMBUS, Ohio
- The Xavier men's golf team ended the Robert Keppler Invitational with a 65-over-par team score of 917 to finish in 11th place. Junior Sebastian MacLean was the top finisher for XU with a 30th place finish.

MacLean shot a 3-over-par 74 in the final round to end the tournament with an 11-over-par 224. Senior Peter O'Neill was four shots behind in 39th place after carding a final round score of 7-over-par 78.

Junior Chris Burger ended up in 42nd place with a tournament total of 16-over-par 229 Burger shot a 9-over-par 80 in th final round. Aaron Siekmann and Nick Helser were close to each other in 59th and 60th place. Siekman fired a final round of 8-over-par 79 to finish at 239 (+26), while Helser carded a 12-over-par 83 in the final 18 for a total of 240 (+27). Rookie Yuki Kato participated as an individual and finished with a score of 79-82-80--240 (+28).

There was a tie for first place between Illinois and Kent State for the team title and individual titles. Illinois' Luke Guthrie and Kent State's John Hahn ended the tournament with 3-under-par 210s.
