CINCINNATI --- Xavier University sophomore guard Jordan Crawford, the league’s leading scorer at 19.7 ppg. to go with 4.7 rpg. and 3.0 apg., was named First Team All-Atlantic 10 Conference in voting by the Atlantic 10 Conference coaches, it was announced on Sunday. Senior center Jason Love was named to the A-10 Third Team. Love leads XU in rebounding at 8.6 rpg. and is second in scoring at 11.9 ppg.

No. 25 Xavier, 23-7 overall, tied Temple for the A-10 Regular Season Championship at 14-2. It marked XU’s fourth straight regular season A-10 championship.

Jordan was joined on the first team by Lavoy Allen of Temple, Damian Saunders of Duquesne, Chris Wright of Dayton and the coaches’ selection for player of the year, Kevin Anderson of third-place Richmond.

XU plays either Dayton or George Washington on Friday at 6:30 p.m. in the Atlantic 10 Conference Tournament quarterfinals in Atlantic City, N.J.
