CINCINNATI, Ohio- In his final game at Cintas Center, Jason Love added 14 points and nine boards in XU’s defeat of the St. Bonaventure Bonnies Saturday, March 6 93-72. With the win the Muskies improve to 23-7 on the season and 14-2 in Atlantic 10 action. The Musketeers also clinched a share of its fourth straight Atlantic 10 Regular Season Championship.

The Muskies started the game on with an 11-0 run through four minutes which featured two slam dunks by Jamel McLean and never looked back. That run was followed up by a 10-0 run that extended the lead to 20 points. The score at halftime was XU 42 SBU 33.

The second half followed much of the same pattern as the first. XU emptied the bench in the final minutes which allowed Kevin Feeney, the only Musketeer without points this season, to score a three point field goal.

Five Musketeers scored in double figures. Leading the way was Jordan Crawford with 22 points off of 8-of-12 shooting. Jamel McLean had a monster first half that added up to 15 points off of 6-of-9 shooting and nine rebounds. Danté Jackson chipped in 11 points and Mark Lyons added 10 points. Terrell Holloway had nine points and 10 assists.

Andrew Nicholson led the way for St. Bonaventure with 21 points.
