BIG EAST TIP-OFF PARTY Xavier Style Sets Stage For The Season

AS A MUSKETEER: Transfer from Indiana who will practice with the Musketeers during the 2013-14 season but will sit out the games per NCAA transfer rules ... will have two years of eligibility left beginning with the 2014-15 season.

2012-13 (AS AN IU SOPHOMORE): Appeared in all 36 games for Indiana as a sophomore, helping the Hoosiers reach the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 ... averaged 4.0 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game in 12.5 minutes per game, while shooting 48.5 percent (16-of-33) from 3-point territory ... was perfect five-of-five from the field for a career-best 14 points in addition to five rebounds in 17 minutes against North Dakota State ... had three points and four rebounds in 15 minutes against No. 14 North Carolina ... had five points, four rebounds and one steal in 15 minutes against Butler ... tallied seven points in 16 minutes off the pine against James Madison in the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament in Dayton ... did not score but played 15 minutes to help IU to a win over Temple in the Third Round of the NCAA Tournament ... scored two points and grabbed a pair of rebounds against Syracuse at the regional semifinals in Washington, D.C.

2011-12 (AS AN IU FRESHMAN): Played in 32 games and contributed 3.0 points and 0.5 assists per game for an IU team that lost to eventual National Champion Kentucky in the Sweet 16 ... scored four points in 17 minutes off the bench against New Mexico State in the NCAA Tournament ... dropped in four points in 16 minutes off the bench against VCU in the NCAA Tournament ... played 14 minutes and scored six points and added a rebound against Kentucky in the NCAA South Regional.

PRIOR TO INDIANA: A First Team All-State selection by the Louisville Courier Journal ... was named MVP among Louisville and Lexington players by the B/C Times after averaging 16 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.5 steals during his senior season ... led Eastern to a 33-3 record and the No. 1 ranking in the state, advancing to the Final Four of the Kentucky State Tournament ...as a junior, he was named First Team All-Seventh Region and averaged 14 points per game while leading his team to a 21-9 record ... as a sophomore, he led Eastern to the Sweet 16 semifinals of the Kentucky state tournament ... was a part of 113 wins during his four seasons at Eastern High School, the most in school history ...
