AT LANPHIER HIGH SCHOOL ... a 2014 Class 3A unanimous First Team All-State selection by the Associate Press, Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times ... Averaged 22.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 4.2 steals as a senior, while shooting 38 percent from 3-point territory and 73 percent from the free-throw line ... Led his team to a 27-2 overall record, including a 25-0 start that set a new record for both the school and the entire city ... Conference Player of the Year ... earned MVP honors at three in-season tournaments: Dekatur Turkey Tourney, Pekin Holiday Tournament and Highland Optimist Shootout ... USA BASKETBALL ... Received an invitation to the prestigious NBPA Top 100 Camp, along with being named a member of the 2011 USA U16 National Team ... His U16 team compiled a 5-0 record, captured the FIBA Americas Championship gold medal and qualified the U.S. for the 2012 FIBA U17 World Championship ... Started all five games for the U16 Team, averaging 7.2 PPG and ranked third among all tournament leaders in assists with 4.4 APG.
