AS A JUNIOR THIS SEASON...earned a scholarship for his junior season after playing two seasons as a Musketeer walk-on...played a season-high five minutes in the Richmond and Rhode Island games. AS A SOPHOMORE (2003-04)...played in 11 games, averaging 2.9 minutes per game...scored a season-high three points in the win over Morehead State. AS A FRESHMAN (2002-03)...played in 14 games, averaging 6.1 minutes per game...came up big in the first half of the La Salle game at Cintas Center...had seven points and an assist in 12 minutes in the first half alone and finished the game with then career highs of seven points, three assists and a rebound in 20 minutes of action...broke his career-high point total with nine points against Duquesne to go with three assists...the nine points are the most points by an XU walk-on since Pat Kelsey scored 10 points in a 76-75 win at Duquesne on March 3, 1996. AT MERCERSBURG ACADEMY (2001-02)...averaged 17 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.1 assists...basketball coach: Mark Cubit. AT KENNEDY CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL...played four years of varsity basketball, leading his team to four state championships, only the second person to do that (Billy Owens was the first)...lost only 11 games in four years...averaged 21.0 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.1 assists a game as a senior while earning First Team All-State honors...basketball coach: Joe Votino.
