2008-09...HONOREE AND 1,000 POINT CLUB MEMBER: Second Team All-Atlantic 10 Conference selection and NABC (National Association of Basketball Coaches) District 4 First Team pick...became a member of Xavier's 1,000 Point Club during his double-double performance at Saint Joseph's (18 points and 10 rebounds) on Feb. 26 and followed that up with another double-double against Dayton on March 5 (11 points and 12 rebounds)...stands tied for 36th on XU's all-time scoring list with 1,096 career points...second on the team in scoring for the season at 13.7 ppg. (15th in the Atlantic 10), including a career-high tying 23-point game in the UMass win to go with eight rebounds and a team-high 22-point, nine-rebound game at LSU...scored in double figures in 13 of the last 15 games (27 times for the season), including a team-high 19 points against Temple in the Atlantic 10 Tournament...led the team in rebounding at 6.1 rpg. (13th in the Atlantic 10), including his 12-rebound game against Dayton...had a game-high 11-rebound effort versus Charlotte...led XU with 20 points against Saint Louis in the regular season, while enjoying a perfect shooting night from the field (6-of-6), including 3-of-3 on three-pointers, and a perfect 5-of-5 from the free throw line on his way to earning A-10 Conference Player of the Week honors...had 18 points against Ohio while hitting all seven of his shots from the field....the only XU player to average double figures for the three games in Puerto Rico (11.3 ppg.)...had 20 points and 10 rebounds at Cincinnati and 18 points against Duke...scored a career-high 23 points in the Miami (Ohio) win to go with six rebounds...had 16 points, seven rebounds and three assists against Missouri and 16 points, six rebounds and three assists vs. Virginia Tech in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off.

EXPANDING RANGE: Entered the 2008-09 season with 225 career field goals, with over 50 percent of those scored via the dunk (114-of-225 for .507)...three-time Slam Dunk Champion for XU's annual preseason Musketeer Madness...his 45 dunks this past season account for 26.5 percent (45-of-170) of his field goals...had almost as many three-pointers (39) as dunks (45)...second on the team in three-point percentage at 43.3 percent (39-of-90)...his 39 three-pointers in 35 games this past season were not only more than he made in the 2007-08 season (11) but more than double the total for his first two seasons combined (15 in 71 games).

NCAA TOURNAMENT STANDOUT: Averaged 12.3 ppg. in XU's three NCAA Tournament games...has now averaged 10.9 ppg. and 6.4 rpg. in nine NCAA Tournament games for his career, while shooting 58.2 percent (39-of-67) from the field....earned CBS/Chevrolet Game MVP honors against Pitt in the 2009 NCAA East Regional Semifinal as he contributed 14 points, nine rebounds, two assists, two blocks and two steals...had 19 points to go with a game-high 11 rebounds in the 2008 NCAA First Round win over Georgia...scored a team-high 13 points on the strength of five dunks to go with six rebounds vs. UCLA in the Regional Final while earning CBS/Chevrolet Game MVP honors...grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds in just 16 minutes of action in the 2007 NCAA First Round win over BYU...the 16 rebounds tied the Xavier record for an NCAA game first set by Brian Grant.

2007-08: First on the team in rebounding at 6.5 rpg. (11th in the Atlantic 10) and led the team in rebounds a team-high 19 times, including a game-high nine at Dayton and at Saint Louis...second on the team in scoring at 10.9 ppg., including his game-high 18-point effort at Saint Joseph's on 8-of-12 shooting from the field...had 12 points at Saint Louis that included the game-winning tip, which was the number five ESPN "Play of the Day."

RISING STAR AS A SOPHOMORE: Sat out the 2005-06 season but burst onto the scene in 2006-07 as a redshirt freshman...2006-07 Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team...had a career-high 16 rebounds to go with eight points in the NCAA Tournament win over BYU.

AT CHAMINADE-JULIENNE: Two-time Division II All-State...averaged 15.0 points and 10.2 rebounds as a senior...earned Greater Catholic League North Player of the Joe Staley.
