2008... Named to the Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team for his work during postseason play ... Twice named A-10 Pitcher of the Week (3/17 & 4/28) ... Started a team-high 14 times on the mound as XU's Sunday starter ... Recorded double-digit strikeouts twice, 11 vs. Youngstown State (3/12) and a career-high 12 vs. St. Bonaventure (4/27) ... Tossed eight-plus innings four times, including 8.1 innings in XU's 3-0 win over Rhode Island in the A-10 Championship semifinals to earn Xavier's first-ever trip to the finals. He struck out six while walking one in the combined shutout ... Finished the season with a 5-3 record and a team-best three combined shutouts ... His 82 strikeouts on the year ranks him fifth all-time in program history for K's in a season and had him tied for second in the A-10.
