R/R the nod on the mound three times and made a total of 15 appearances on the season...threw a season and career-high 4.1 innings at Cincinnati (4/17)...set a new career-high with four strikeouts on two occasions...both career highs came in starts at Wake Forest (2/28) throwing 3.1 innings of work and at Indiana State (3/16) where he threw 3.0 innings...combined with Brett Greenwell and David Hartman for his first career shutout at Butler (4/4)...finished the season with 20 strikeouts in 32.2 innings of work

2005...made 17 relief appearances in 2005...finished the year throwing 24.1 innings and leading the Musketeers in saves with three...had the fourth lowest ERA on the team with a 4.44 mark...had his longest outing of the season against Saint Xavier (3/5) as he threw 3.1 innings, allowed only one hit and had one strikeout...had two strikeouts in five of his 17 appearances and one strikeout in eight of those appearances...picked up his first collegiate save against Akron (3/15) after pitching 1.1 innings of relief and allowing only two hits...also played outfield for XU and started 14 of the 19 games in the field...ended the season with the third-best batting average on the team (.313)...had a season-high six game hitting streak from 4/9 to 4/19
