2009-10: Saw action in six of XU's fall meets. • Ran a career-best 5K at the Queen City Invitational where he posted a time of 16:28. • Turned in a career-best 8K time at the National Cathoilc Championships with a time of 26:48. • Highest showing of the season came where he captured 24th place at the Big River Early Run, turning in a 6K time of 20:37. • Ran in the Atlantic 10 Championships. • Represented Xavier at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional competition, posting a 10K of 35:25.

2008-09: Competed in all seven of Xavier's fall events as a freshman. • Ran a season-best and career-best 5K at the Queen City Invitational with a time of 16:38. • Turned in a season-best and career-best 8K at the National Catholic Championships in South Bend, Ind. with a time of 27:27. • Highest showing was at the Hawai'i Pacific Invitational where he took 13th place in the 8K with a time of 29:47.

High School: Was a cross country co-captain for Elder as a senior • Named All-Greater Catholic League Second Team on two occasions • Was Honorable Mention for All-City as a senior • Helped Elder earn a 14th-place finish at the state cross country meet as a sophomore • Posted a career-best time of 16:24 in the 5K for cross country • Top times of 9:57 and 4:43 in the 3,200 and 1,600-meter events, respectively • Teammates with Matthew Book at Elder.
