2009-10: Saw action in all seven of XU's fall events. • Posted a season-best and career-best 8K time of 26:44 at the National Catholic Championships. • Ran a 16:34 5K at the Queen City Invitational. • Highest finish was 33rd overall the Queen City Invitational. • Had solid races all season, scoring for Xavier in four meets. • Ran in 11 events during the track and field season. • Placed 18th in the 5,000-meters at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships. • Ran a season-best 4:15.63 1,500-meters, 9:18.47 3,000-meters, 15:53.02 5,000-meters and 33:41.61 10,000-meters.

2008-09: Competed in six events in the fall for Xavier.• Clocked in a 16:33 season-best 5K run at the Queen City Invitational. • Turned in a season-best, and career-best, 8K run at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships with a time of 26:52. • Highest finish was at the Charlotte Invitational where his 27:48 8K gave him 22nd place.

2007-08: Ran in five fall events for the Musketeers as a freshman • Turned in a season-best 5K time of 17:39.07 at the Queen City Invitational • His 27:25.19 at the Pepperdine Invitational was his top 8K time of the season • Used primarily in the 5,000-meter event during the spring • Finished the season on a high note at the A-10 Outdoor Championships, clocking a season-best time of 16:25.06 in the 5,000.

High School: Ran a personal-best 16:17 5K during his senior year • During track season ran a personal-best two-mile in 10:08 • Turned in times of 4:42 and 2:07 in the one-mile and 800-meter run, respectively • Was a two-time All-League Selection for cross country • Named cross country team Most Valuable Runner • Helped lead his team to becoming four time league champions in both cross country and track and field.
