2009-10: Competed in six events for Xavier in the fall as a freshman. • Started off the season in the Big River Early Run where he ran a 21:05 6K. • Posted a 17:06 5K at the Queen City Invitational. • Had a season-best 8K at the Notre Dame Invitational where he crossed at 27:49. • Was the fifth scorer for the Musketeers at the Atlantic 10 Championships. • Competed in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional race.

High School: Was on the 1st Team All Suburban League Cross Country team twice, the 2nd team All Suburban League Track Team three teams and was an Honorable Mention for the Suburban League Track team four times. • Was the leadoff man in his high school's record breaking 4 x 800 meter team, which ran a time of 7:51.56. • Also was on the 1st Team All League for Basketball as well as being Honorable Mention All District for Basketball. • Ran a 2:00 800 meter, a 4:26 1,600 meter, a 9:51 3,200 meter and a 16:16 5K at Green High School.

Personal: A Chemistry and Pre-Med major. • Son of John and Cindy Pollock. • Has three brothers. • Father was a member of the Cross Country and Track team at Mount Union College.
