2009-10: Competed in all seven of Xavier's fall events. • Was the top runner for Xavier. • Named to the All-Conference and All-Region team.• Named Co-Performer of the Week for September 21st. • Broke the school record in the 6K at the Big River Early Run where he posted a time of 19:35. • Holds the two fastest Xavier times ran at the Notre Dame course. • Fastest 8K of the season was at the Notre Dame Invitational where he ran a 24:58. • Broke the longest standing men'scross country record previously set by Michael Doran in 2002 when he ran a 31:26 10K in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional. • Had the best finish for a Xavier runner at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional when he placed 14th.• Won the Mike Hodges Invitational with a 4 mile time of 19:55. • Finished in the top 5 in five events and in the top 15 in all of the events he participated in.

2008-09: Ran in all seven of Xavier's fall events. • Was XU's top finisher at all events in the fall. • Placed first at the Queen City Invitational with a 5K time of15:38, which was also a season-best 5K run. Also placed first at the Hawai'i Pacific Invitational with a 27:56 8K. • Placed in the top 10 infour otherevents includingfinishing 6th at the Charlotte Invitational, 8th at the Flyer5KChallenge and Notre Dame Invitational, and in 9th at the National Catholic Championships.• Was named Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week for September 8th after his finish at the Queen City Invitational. • Clocked a season-best 8K time of 24:38 at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships.

2007-08: Ran in all eight of the team's fall events • Finished 20th at the Pepperdine Invitational with a season-best 8K time of 25:40.89 • Earned 13th place with a 27:20 finish at the Hatter Invitational 8K • Crossed the finish line in 34:15.14 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, the team's third-fastest 10K time of the season • Was one of the team's top 5000-meter runners in the spring • Recorded the squad's fourth fastest time in the event, clocking in at 15:25.99 at the A-10 Outdoor Championships • Earned a second-place finish in the 3000-meter event at the Findlay Oiler Invitational with a time of 9:19.97, his best of the season.
