CINCINNATI --- Senior Tom Ohlman finished an illustrious four-year career as a member of the Xavier University track program with a solid effort in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase with a time of 9:12.90 at the NCAA East Regional in Jacksonville, Florida.

“Tom's went out hard last night and instead of holding back and trying to run a personal best time, he pushed through the first mile with the leaders in an attempt to grab one of the three qualifying spots for the finals,” said head coach Ryan Orner. “He came up short but ran hard and showed true determination.”

Ohlman graduates as one of the best runners in school history with five individual school records, two trips as an individual to the NCAA First Round competition in addition to All-Great Lakes honors.

Ohlman was a four-year cross country and track star for the Musketeers.
