2007-08: Ran in seven of the team's eight events in the fall • Finished second among the Musketeers and 104th overall with a time of 33:26.32 at the 10K NCAA Great Lakes Regional • His career-best mark of 25:39.97 was the fourth-fastest 8K time run by Xavier this season • Finished fifth at the 8K Hatter Invitational with a time of 26:27 • Set two school records for the track team as a junior • His time of 2:32.68 was a new program best and earned him eighth place at the A-10 Outdoor Championships • Made the most of his one attempt at the 400-meter event, clocking a 50.73 at the Eastern Kentucky Open to set a new program record • Finished in the top 10 every time he took the track as junior • Finished fifth in the 800-meter event at the A-10 Outdoor Championships, clocking in at a personal-best time of 1:53.87 • It was also the fastest time run by a Musketeer this season.

2005-06: During the Fall recorded a season-best time of 26:37.8 at the Atlantic 10 Championships • Turned in a 4th place finish in the 800-meter run at the Ohio State Invitational with a time of 1:58.68 • Had a season-best time of 1:57.02 800 at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships.

High School: Ran a personal-best 16:15, which placed him eighth in the state • Was the Georgia State Champion in the 800 with a time of 1:57.64 • Second-team All-State • Team MVP last two years.
