Day Two Medal Winners

Five medal winners marked the final day of the 2012 Atlantic 10 Track and Field Championships for Xavier. In all eight medals were had for the Musketeers at the league meet.


Busy Home Weekend

For the most part, XU Olympic teams will be in Cincinnati this week. Baseball opens up conference play at home, track is at the Oliver Nikoloff meet, and the tennis teams play a combined five matches at home. The only sport on the road this week is men's golf.

2009-10: Saw action in 12 events during his sophomore campaign ...Member of the 4x100-meter relay that set a school record and placed fifth at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships ...Member of the 4x400-meter relay that finished eighth at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships ...Ran on the 4x400-meter Relay that finished first at the Mount St. Joseph's Invitational ...Ran a season-best 7.39 60-meters, 11.27 100-meters and 22.79 200-meters

2008-09: Competed in nine events in the spring for XU his rookie season ...Used primarily in the 100-meter and 200-meter events.... Had a season-best 100-meter dash at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship where he ran a 11.32.... Ran aconsistent 200-meter race all season long with an average time of 23.08 ...Also ran a couple 60-meter events and a 4x100-meter relay

High School: Helped lead Anderson to a conference championship as a senior... Named First Team All-FAVC as a junior and senior... Honored as team Most Valuable Player in his final two seasons... Was the conference champion in the 100-meter dash as both a junior and senior... Set a personal best of 10.7 seconds in the 100 event... His top time in the 200-meter dash event was 22.4 seconds ... Captain of the soccer team
