2006-07: Turned in an eighth place finish at the Flyer 5K Challenge in 15:42.49, this time was the fastest 5K time on the men's squad for the season • Followed the Flyer 5K Challenge with a 13th-place finish at the Xavier Invitational in a time of 15:56.33 5K • Recorded a season best 8K time of 26:15 at the National Catholic Championships • Claimed three top-5 finishes in the 3,000-meter run including a fourth place finish at the Boston-Moon Classic in 8:56.55 • Took third at the Gladstein Invitational in the 5,000-meter run in 15:08.79 • Named to the 2006-07 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2005-06: In the Fall ran a season-best time of 25.40.03 8K at the Greater Louisville Classic • Turned in seven top ten finishes during track season • Finished 3rd at the National City Invitational in the 5,000-Meter Run with a time of 15:31.90 • Ran a season-best time of 8:39.34 3,000 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships.

2004-05: Ran a season-best 32:26.44 10K at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championship • During the fall had a season-best time of 16:13 at the Dayton Flyer Invitational.

High School: Team State Champions in 2002 & 2003 • Ran 9:20 in the 3200 • Coached by Rick Weinheimer.
