2006-07: Competed in every meet during the fall • Turned in a season-best 26:49 8K at the National Catholic Championships • Recorded a 16:10.20 5K at the Xavier Invitational earning him 14th place • Ran the 3,000-meter run in 9:11.6 at the Oiler Opener. 2005-06: Recorded a season-best time of 25:21.39 8K at the Greater Louisville Classic • Turned in a season-best time of 10:24.88 3,000 Steeplechase at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships • Finished 800-Meter run in 2:11.79 at the Ohio State Invitational. 2004-05: Ran a season-best 2:03 800 at the Marv Frye Invitational • Had a season-best 4:07.51 1500 at the UC Early Bird Relays • Ran a season-best 15:29.31 5K at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational • In the fall ran a season-best 16:14 at the Xavier Invitational.
