2007-08: Was one of the most active Musketeers, competing in nine different events during the track and field season • Set a new program record in the 400-meter hurdles, clocking a 57.29 at the A-10 Outdoor Championships • Recorded the two fastest 110-meter hurdle times of the season, posting a season-best time of 16.19 at the A-10 Championships • Also posted the two fastest 60-meter dash times of the season, crossing the finish line in a season-best 7.64 at the Golden Flash Gala • Had two top 20 finishes in the long jump, including an 11th place finish at the A-10 Championships with a jump of 5.81m • Was the lone Musketeer to compete in the javelin throw, reaching 24.70m at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational • Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll for the second consecutive year.

2006-07: Ran a season-best 19:51.36 5K at the Xavier Invitational • Placed ninth in the Decathlon at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships • Turned in a season-best distance of 5.83 in the shot put at the Boston-Moon Classic • Claimed three top-20 finishes in the javelin throughout track season including his season-best distance of 33.72 at the Boston-Moon Classic • Named to the 2006-07 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2005-06: Recorded a season-best time of 12:89 100 at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships • Ran the 400-meter hurdles in 1:06.56 at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships • Jumped a season-best distance of 5.58m in the long jump at the Cardinal Invitational.

High School: Ran personal best times of 38.8 300 hurdles and 14.8 110 hurdles ∙ Helped lead his 4 x 200 relay team to a fourth place finish at state.
