2009-2010: Competed insix events as a sophomore. • Ran a season-best 5K at the Loyola Invitational with a 20:02. • Highest finish was 32nd at the Big River Early run where Casey finished her 4K in 16:43. • Represented Xavier at the Atlantic 10Championships and the NCAA Great Lakes Regional competition. • Ran in six events during the track and field season. • Ran a season-best 2:29.96 800-meters, 5:08.12 1,500-meters, 5:42.18 Mile and 11:05.07 3,000-meters.

2008-2009: Competed in the Atlantic 10 Championships and came in 88th place with a time of 20:08. • Ran in nine of Xavier's spring events, primarily as a middle- to long-distance specialist. • Ran a consistent mile posting a time of 5:17.00 in three competitions. • Continued her consistent performances in the 1,500-meter run clocking a time of 4:57.73 twice. • Fastest 5,000-meter run came at the Stan Lyons Invitational, where she posted a 18:54.15.

High School: Set school records in the 1,600-meter (5:17) and 3,200-meter (11:26) events • Ran a 4K personal best of 15:17 • Helped her team to an eighth-place finish at state as a senior, becoming the first team from her school to qualify for the WAA state cross country meet • Earned all-conference honors all four years.
