CINCINNATI - The Atlantic 10 Conference office in Newport News, Va., has released the results of the coaches' preseason poll and the Xavier men's swimming team was picked to finish third. The women's swimming team was selected to finish ninth.

Under the guidance of Atlantic 10 Men's Swimming Coach of the Year Brent MacDonald, Xavier finished third in the 2011-12 A-10 Championships. The team was selected to finish in third again this season.
