"We swam against a really impressive Louisville team that Coach Albiero has turned into a national power," said head coach Brent MacDonald. "One of the most important things with early season meets is to get back to racing and exposing weaknesses that need to be improved. We certainly have a lot to work on and a short turnaround with University of Cumberlands tomorrow. There were some great relay swims and the freshman responded well to their first experience in a Division I college swimming setting."
Xavier is back in action tomorrow afternoon in the first home meet of the season at O'Connor Sports Center on Xavier's campus. The meet is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start.
