Xavier University is happy to help your organization or event with a mascot and/or cheerleader appearance. The following are the guidelines and fees associated with an appearance request. We cannot guarantee that your request will be filled. Once you have submitted your request, you will be contacted concerning your request.

1. Requests must be submitted online three weeks prior to the date of your event (please no phone calls).

4. During the school year, there may be limited availability Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.- 2 p.m. due to class schedules.
Appearance Fees
One Mascot:
On-Campus Location: $30 per hour
Off-Campus Location: $50 per hour
Two Mascots:
On-Campus Location: $45 per hour
Off-Campus Location: $75 per hour
Cheerleaders:
On-Campus Location: $15 per hour
Off-Campus Location: $25 per hour
