Xavier University is happy to help your organization or event with a mascot and/or cheerleader appearance. The follow are the guidelines and fees associated with an appearance request. We cannot guarantee that your request will be filled. Once you have submitted your request, you will be contacted concerning your request.
Guidelines:

1. Requests must be submitted online three weeks prior to the date of your event (please no phone calls).
2. Payment must be received prior to the scheduled appearance. Please mail payments to:

4. There is limited availability during June, July and August due to summer break.
5. During the school year, there may be limited availability Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.- 2 p.m. due to class schedules.
Appearance Fees:
One Mascot:
Non-Profit Organizations:
$50 for the first hour
$25 for each additional hour
For Profit Organizations:
$100 for the first hour
$50 for each additional hour
On-Campus Department: $25 for the first hour
$15 for each additional hour
Two Mascots:
Non-Profit Organizations: $80 for the first hour
$40 for each additional hour
For Profit Organizations: $150 for the first hour
$100 for each additional hour
On-Campus Department: $35 for the first hour
$25 for each additional hour
Cheerleaders:
Non-Profit Organizations: $15 per cheerleader for the first hour
(min. of 3 cheerleaders) $10 per cheerleader for each additional hour
For Profit Organizations: $30 per cheerleader for the first hour
(min. of 3 cheerleaders) $20 per cheerleader for each additional hour
On-Campus Department: $10 per cheerleader for the first hour
(min. of 2 cheerleaders) $5 per cheerleader for each additional hour
