         <description><![CDATA[Junior Tommy Kauffmann broke the longest-standing men's cross country record today at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional race having the highest Muskie finish ever at Regionals. Kauffmann was named to the All-Region team, the first time a Musketeer has earned this honor. The men had a nice team effort, finishing in 20th place out of 30 teams with a score of 538. The women finished in 22nd place out of 30 squads, running as a team throughout and ending up with 616 points. The Musketeers ran under nice conditions, a nice change from the muddy conditions they had to face during the Atlantic 10 Championships.]]></description>
