Matt Sikich is in his fifth year as account executive for Xavier Sports Properties (a property of Learfield Sports), Xavier Athletics' multimedia rights holder and marketing partner.

Sikich works with businesses in the Cincinnati are that looking to grow revenue and enhance their company's exposure by partnering with Xavier Athletics. In addition to developing sponsorship, media and suite partnership agreements on behalf of Xavier, Sikich works closely with Xavier's flagship radio partners, 700 WLW-AM and 55 KRC-AM in handling the radio operations of the Xavier Radio Network. Sikich also serves as XSP's contact with Learfield Sports' corporate offices regarding a number of internal and administrative initiatives.

Prior to coming to Xavier Sports, Sikich worked for Learfield's Badger Sports Properties office at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for four years, first serving as a student intern while completing his undergraduate degree and later as sales and sponsorship coordinator, overseeing the fulfillment and activation of BSP's sponsorship agreements related to Wisconsin football, men's and women's basketball and men's hockey. He has also worked for the PGA Tour, the 2004 PGA Championship, and the Milwaukee Brewers. He is an active member of Cincinnati Ad Club and Ad2 Cincinnati.

Sikich is a 2006 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor's degree in education. He currently resides in Hyde Park.
