Matt Jennings is entering his fourth year as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Xavier for the 2012-13 academic year. His responsibilities will include overseeing the entire XU Athletics Strength and Conditioning Department, as well as working directly with the Men's Basketball Program. Jennings and his wife, Jill, are the proud parents of three children, Delaney & Zachary (11) and Jacob (9).
