Hannah Shoer joined the Xavier University Athletics staff in June 2013 as the Marketing Assistant. Her Primary responsibilities include the marketing and promotional efforts for Men's and Women's Soccer, Volleyball and Baseball, as well as the Junior Musketeers Kids Club. She also serves as an advisor to the X-treme fans student spirit group and manages game operations at home Women's Basketball games.

Prior to Xavier, Shoer spent her junior and senior undergraduate years at the University of New Hampshire as part of the `Cat Crew Sports Marketing and Promotions team. For the 2011-12 season, she served as Co-Director of Marketing for Women's Basketball, where she helped increase home attendance by 18%. During the 2012-13 season, Shoer served as Co-Director of Marketing for Men's Ice Hockey and assisted with game presentation at the 2013 Division I Men's Ice Hockey Northeast Regionals, of which UNH played host.

Shoer is also an avid horseback rider and rode all four of her years at UNH on the Intercollegiate Dressage Association (IDA) team. During her sophomore year, she qualified as an Individual for the 2011 National Championships, hosted by the University of Florida at Gainesville, where she placed 7th in her division.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Marketing and Business Administration: Management (UNH '13), Shoer is actively pursuing her Master's in Sports Administration at Xavier.
