Craig Hallman will be the temporary replacement for current Academic Advisor Kim Powers Hoyt, who is currently on maternity leave. Hallman has been working with the Xavier men's and women's basketball teams over the past year as an academic tutor while taking classes at XU. He is enrolled in Xavier's master's degree program in sports administration. This past fall, Hallman served as an assistant basketball coach at Roger Bacon High School in Cincinnati. Prior to coming to Xavier, Hallman was a student-athlete at Grove City College where he earned his bachelor's degree in history in May of 2007. He was a four-year member of Grove City's varsity men's basketball team while completing his degree. |
